“I wrote this in the mid to late 80s.  Some hard times in inner Melbourne.

Three minutes of urban nihilism, existential angst, squat and sharehouse fatigue, and a whole lot of unpleasant memories. Fake leather jacket optional.

It was published in Mal Morgan’s anthology ‘La Mama Poetica’ (MUP, 1990), and performed onstage for ‘Shelton Lea’s Radical Poets’ video.
